My friend and I would go to see this movie over and over again, we would hide in the theater bathroom so we would not get caught seeing it again and again. 1974, so much fun
always debatably my favorite song from the movie. they really just don’t do personality in film like this anymore. i love that they dedicated a whole scene to them.
I had the soundtrack for years, and completely misunderstood the story. I thought this was the Overture and that Eddie was the Phantom. I thought "Beauty and the Beast" was a love song between Eddie and Phoenix, but it is just a song Beef sings.
@@TheSlenderBassist really? I can't hear it lol always sounded like some kinda Latino accent to me 🤣for me the jersey accent was more of like How The T birds talk in Grease. But idk maybe you're right lol
@@LonelyOutlaw it’s kinda gruff but I think it’s taking the serious tone when talking about the tragedy of Eddie, I kinda think the Jersey City line is a hidden giveaway as well

That sounds like a fun time. Thank you for sharing ❤️
I will never get tired of watching this scene. A true classic.
Same here 👍
Great movie but under appreciated
Agreed
Love that the guy gets down with someone then just goes back to singing lol
Also my favourite. Childhood memories.

100% agreed!

I like to watch everyone besides the lead singer. What is even happening on that set?
Right??!! Multiple kinds of assault apparently 🤣
In the style of Sha Na Na the band who played the last year for American Graffiti
@@alexerba3546 that's cool I never knew that 👀 Sha Na Na was great in Grease too!
@@LonelyOutlaw yes indeed and in an episode of Happy Days who sang Young Blood they were there
I love this. I have no clue why does the guy talk with a fake mexican accent buy sings in an american one but I love it anyway
I've always wondered that too 😂
I think it’s more of a Jersey dialect he’s using when doing the spoken word parts

I don’t really care I think it adds more personality to the story he’s telling.

I can’t stop watching it
