What you are talking about are Nagkpa’s, Yogis. They are not monks. Nagkpa are lay practitioners and have different vows. Go illuminate your ignorance 🙏
Even Buddha didn't banned eating non veg from that time. Bikshu and bikshuni were asked to accept foods whatever that were offered in alms. And now you a mere being dictates what the monks should do😂
