A very good example of how to do a great repair on a flute I’ve been watching as much of these videos as possible it the same procedure but these repairers ha different techniques and handy tips so I think it’s better to watch as many as possible to benefit yourself from these techniques
The instrument was not in the worst visual condition. However, the pads and felts were more than ten years old. Of course, the mechanics also needed renovation.

I have heard that the polish can remove some silver from the flute.🤔🤔🤔 🥺🥺🥺 Is this true? Is there a certain brand of pads you would recommend? Lastly, that pin removal device, where can one purchase it? 👍😎
@@lois2911 The very essence of polishing is surface abrasion. More expensive instruments have better quality silver plating. If the flute is silver or gold, then there is no problem at all. The main thing is to choose the right tool for polishing. The best budget pillows will be made from pisoni or rigotti On the Internet, you can find quite a few shops that sell components and tools for repairing flutes)
