- Hello Happy Travelers! We are teaming up with TrovaTrip once again, but this time we are traveling to Egypt! In this video we will be doing a full breakdown of our 9 day Egypt Itinerary.
We traveled to Egypt in 2016 and have wanted to return ever since. We always said that if we were to return, we would do the entire trip with a tour guide. This is a perfect destination for a group trip and we couldn't be more excited!

Is this a couples thing or can singletons book?
Groups of any size are welcome! We already have 1 solo gal going. Accommodations are shared, but I believe you can opt for single if you want
Best wishes. Just wanted to bring to your attention that many of the pieces of the Egyptian museum in Cairo will be moved to the Grand Egyptian museum that is located in Giza plateau near the pyramids.
It is a new museum that is now only partially open but is expected to be fully open by the time you will be there.
So would love to go . But need to win the lottery in order to afford

We planned on going but with the west getting so involved in eastern issues I'm afraid we may have to cancel. If you go I hope for your honest input on your experience and safety there. I've been before but that was a different time. Safe travels and waiting for that video to drop.😊
It's business as usual in Egypt
Tell me more about this "overnight boat" night. Do we sleep in open air with Blankets? What are the bathroom accommodations? What happens if it rains? How many people on a overnight board, Spooning with strangers freak me out
As far as we understand, it's out on a covered deck, and the deck is like a huge mattress. A restroom boat follows along for when we need it, and docks with us overnight. It will just be our group on the boat, and I'm pretty sure no one will spoon with you without your permission lol. But honestly, if this experience really freaks you out and makes you not want to go, Egypt maybe isn't the place for you. Traveling there is non-stop adventure and FAR outside of Western comfort zones. But if you're up for a once in a lifetime trip that's super adventurous and you take that in stride, that's exactly what you'll get.

The website says 8-20, and when you sign up you can request a roommate if you sign up separately. My husband and myself sign up together, Kelly and Kevin can correct me if I am wrong but if you sign up together, my assumption is you room together
Yes they'll put you together automatically if you book together! And you can request 1 or 2 beds
Yes if you book as 1 party, you'll automatically get roomed together, you can even choose 1 or 2 beds. If you're booking separately, like you and a friend or something but you want to pay separately, you can put in a request to room together
Oh and it'll be a max of 20, plus Kevin& me ☺️
We would love to join but I snore like an angry rhino so none of you will get any sleep on the boat that night

How much are the payment plans :)
Payment plans are offered through Affirm, and they are over 6, 12, or 18 months, so you can be paying for the trip while you're still on it and not have to worry about coming up with a huge chunk of money!

It is not, but Airfare within Egypt, The Train, and the Boat down the nile are included. And we will have a driver the whole time too
People just stay of Egypt, period! or visit and find out the hard way!
