Thanks for the message Joe, don’t leave it too long before you get it checked out I know it can be a costly experience visiting the dentist I’m continually having to have treatment because I’ve broken so many teeth in my sleep with the condition It was a trip to the doctors immediately after the dentist that hit on the correct diagnosis for me obviously that was then confirmed by a brain scan which should show the nerve pushing onto the blood vessel Good luck & keep in touch I’m also on twitter @PeaceInPain1
