The Engwe Engine X is a UK spec 250w eBike yet still has plenty of power for on and off road cycling. I take it for a good test run on some local byways.

Good review of what looks like a nice bike, Alex.
E bikes, and E scooters fly around my home city of Bristol at crazy speeds. No helmets and often with passengers on board, many with hoods up, and faces covered. It seems to me there is no deterent to the illegal use of these machines.
I have a E bike which I've been riding for 6 years or so. It's limited to 15 mph, which is quite adequate.
