All you need in one shop hope theyll bring it to our country soon...even if i dont have enough money id be happy juat walking seeing many things inside...
In Indonesia Dutch company opened big supermarket in 1996 with membership system, but not successful, fee is RMB 8/year. Then coming Giant supermarket and Carrefour supermarket, now 2021 GIANT closed all huge supermarket in Indonesia. Costco is lucky in Shanghai.
A striking difference in the way people shop at Costco in China as compared to in USA is the shopping carts of customers in USA are full from bottom to top. Almost no shopper in USA Costco walks without a shopping cart. In this video many didn’t push a cart.
The major differences lies in the routine stuff, people in US are more used to driving to a suburban warehouse and hoarding and people in china prefer to shop walk-in in random grocery stores
@@almightysauerkraut6165 usa has 600 COSTCO locations largest is 240,000 sq. feet ; china has 2 [two] locations... under 10,000 sq feet....usa has world's biggest buying power...
Yes, they already know that foreign products are usually better quality than Chinese products. Truth is, some of the foreign products are overpriced and not THAT great, actually I often buy clothes, sneakers, electronics, and household items from certain Chinese brands and they are a much better price/quality ratio.

So similar to the ones in America. I liked the no commentary and the filming made it seem like VR lol

This video is really horrible. We want to see what is being carried at Shanghai Costco. Not the people or the white Nike bag!
