I really appreciate that. We made this video a while ago. I wonder if they updated it in the last few years. We now have a new Toro Titan but I have not checked for a template for that.
I think if you moved your initial cut more towards the middle you eliminate the sag by maintaining the integrity of the lower lip. Since the blades do not go below the deck, clearance should not be an issue. Great video
In the end of this video you stated there would be another video showing the bracket you had to make and how u attached it. I’m also looking for that same video.
thanks, I have the exact same mower in the TORO line. I happened to be in my sears store and they had an agri fab chipper vac they wanted desperately to get off the floor. I had to oblige them, the price was 65% off list. :)
Bought it and it works, but if the grass is wet at all (I mean even if the dog takes a leak) it will plug up in minutes. Going to remove it and put it back on during a dry spell. Thanks for the good video though.
I am getting a clog on the chute with dry leafs, does it happen to you guys? (I install this chute on a craftman 42" deck tractor mower) if so, how do you avoid it? thanks
Agree with driving slowly when the layer of leaves get heavy, but also adjusting the hose helped me eliminate most of the clogs. I removed a couple ft from the hose that I originally had it installed with and then make sure the hose hangs with the least amount of sag and curves. I used a bungee cord to hang from the swinging arm and depending on where I have it around the hose greatly influences how often it clogs. Usually when I get it connected to the mower it takes an hour or so adjusting to get the best flow.
Great video, but I can't find the follow-up video you mention on how to attach the adaptor to the mower deck. Can you please provide a link to that video? Thanks!
Did you happen to measure the overall dimensions. Thinking of getting this but not sure if itll fit on a kubota bx2200 with a 60 inch deck. The opening seems bigger than the boot
We did a review a few months prior. Here is the link: If You're Thinking About Buying An Exmark Mower, Watch This Video! (New 2018 Quest S Review) ruclips.net/video/CRjeuh0L6Mc/видео.html
You say on this video to "make sure you watch my next video". But I search on THIS video and can not find any link to THAT next video and the You Tube auto play for the next video is not your next video. Frustrating.
I'm actually the controls engineer at Agri-Fab, I've forwarded your "lack of updated template" concern to the design engineer for this product.

@@CountryLivingExperience not since the current engineer took that line, but he's only been there a year or so. I'll forward this info as well.
@@electromechanician Thanks so much!
@@electromechanician the templates are stamped 2013, so we have more than 11 years since they’ve been updated for new products.

IS there a second video showing the completion of the mower deck being installed thru compeletion of the task? Is there a link to the second video?
Not sure what you are talking about. The task of installing a deck adapter was completed.
In the end of this video you stated there would be another video showing the bracket you had to make and how u attached it. I’m also looking for that same video.

Nice find. Sears is trying to move everything they can.
I am considering buying one of these and hooking it up to a vintage mower... An antique really. I have a 1948 farmall cub with a danco c3 belly mower
Cool. It should work. Just check the dimensions before purchasing it.
Thanks, this video was very informing and will assist me in making a template for my Gravely mower
Awesome. Glad it was helpful.
Thanks for the video. If don't mind me asking - where did you buy the steel strips?
You’re welcome. We purchased them at our local hardware store.

Very true. Without a powered impeller the grass/leaves need to be very dry.

hey I just subscribed, do I need muchin blade or regular blade to get better results. thanks
Welcome. Either blade will work well.

Sure. It was the very next video we did on our DIY leaf vacuum project......ruclips.net/video/529T84Yerj0/видео.html
Very nice
Thanks
Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work.
Thanks for the kind comment. We appreciate it.
Thanks
You're welcome
I left a quarter to 3/8s of an inch to keep it from bowing into the blade

I didn't but I can get back to you on that. I had about another 1.5 inches to play with on that adapter.
Nice review. Any chance you will do review of the mower itself?

Have you heard about The self reliant road show by prepsteaderbob?
I have not but will go check him out.
Couldn't you press a sheet of paper against the opening and get an imprint of the shape?
You could try that.
