Store bought milk actually decreases testosterone because it contains many estrogens. Unless you have the highest quality, milk in a glass bottle from grass fed cows, it’s probably only going to hurt your T levels.
the plant foods are toxic meaning the body has to temporarily use testosterone as an antioxidant to repair the damage. long term it will lower it as it's used up. the meat however has cholesterol which is what testosterone is made out of in the body.

Gotta balance it out… a diet low in saturated fats will cause a decrease in testosterone as well. Better to get these saturated fats from natural sources like meat than from Oreos and twinkies

@@jason1755 DHT is what regulates sexual performance, not free testosterone… if your testosterone is suboptimal your DHT might be a little lower but your dick is still probably going to work
There is very vital nutrients you get in red meat such as very absorbable iron zinc and so on which is extremely good for increasing testosterone and keeping red blood cell count good and so on, I do think it’s important people go for grass fed meat options
