Marlborough Marsch [Austrian march]

The Marlborough march by Anton Tischler was one of the "Other historical marches" of historical compositions for the k.u.k. Army and the Kriegsmarine. It was not assigned to any special regiments. Dedicated to John Churchill, Duke of Marlborough. The composition is thus reminiscent of one of the most brilliant generals and statesmen of his time, and above all of England's common campaigns with the empire dating back to the Spanish Succession War.
