There's a say, "If the Mountain comes to you, run, it's an avalanche!". Incredible images of incredible surfers surfing insane waves! Thank you! ps the idea of going all toghether, in an inflatble boat, at Nazaré, hats off!
Oh my G•d!!! Sitting on the couch and holding my breath whilst I freak the F out! Gotta admit, some of these boys are not ready for the Big Arse Naz Days. The video gives one Dyspnea just viewing. Good luck as always
I love this series. It brings a smile to an old landlocked surfer reliving some of my wipeouts (never this severe). Since I learned to surf in the 1970's we never had the saftey gear: jet ski's, inflateable vests, etc. I usually say hats off to the chargers & I've seen almost all of them rip in paddle sessions. But something just seemed off with the Nazare comp. I just sensed a lack of respect, from the crew in the inflateable boat, jet ski drivers (especially close to shore), even a few of the riders. I wonder if they're getting pushed to this by the crowd, sponsors, or need to stay relevant. As fckd up as that is, it would be worse if they truly lost respect for the wave & felt invincible. If that's the case, the crowds will soon follow & with that a bunch of deaths. Maybe it's time for a culling, idk. Biggest I ever surfed was Puerto Escondido & that was 1990's so you'll have to tell me, please.
I am not a surfer but would love to ask one on here that’s been through these kinds of waves and massive falls, how do surfers who get their butts kicked on these waves find it in themselves to say yeah I’ll take the chance and do it all over again and if it happens again so be it? If I went through that kind of wipeout just once I would say never ever again. Guess some surfers grow up with no fear in them when it comes to these enormous waves….
a lot of it is ego and you see other guys surviving it so everyone gets amped up and goes for it. Bragging rights and also getting the once in a lifetime picture/video whatever..
I think I'd rather eat pavement! You hit the water that fast face first you're lungs would get water in them.... just once is all it'd take....🤷🙋 Mad respect...but still...
geez, I was expecting some fun glad it wasn't me wacky wipe outs, but got some views of serious danger instead. overcoming fear is important for growth, but it really must a trip to have skill levels to where those types of waves are considered somewhat reasonable and not that scary. I was often impressed at seeing grown men skipping across the water like a river rock, that's a lot of energy.

That was Hot!
Find you well Pedro.
Dial 911! One of the most dynamic edits I've seen in a very long time. Nice work Tim.

Sickest ever jetski save at 9:40 I am still in awe. Music was fire too and the footage 🤙🤙
Saved the ski, lost the passenger....
@@Devo491 passengers dont usually need an engine rebuild after being submerged
5:20 😮getting bounced around like that? That must've hurt.
Not that the others are any less violent though. Big respect for everyone out there
Yeah he ended up with broken back from that. Andrew Cotton 2017
Gee surfings come along way!!!
Damn terrifying.
Especially Phiehaa
And very close Nazare
Can’t believe the guy on the ski escaped mental ⚡️
Great Show!
Some Fellas know to take a careful deep breath when da Sheeee goes down.

It's never good when your jetski rescuer falls off the getaway vehicle 😂😂😂
There is no denying that the first one was epic
Excellent video!
Rag Doll City !
Crash Test.
Nazare shorebreak would be good for skimboarding.
Skid Kids!
Lol, watching the kooks bail their boards instead of learning how to duck dive a gun. The rise of jetskis has seen the end of the watermen. Very sad.
I died so many times
Another cracking vid, cheers Tim!
Welcome to the washing machine!
Surfing and body surfing the same wave is gonna leave a mark.
OK the take off at 2.11.... Guy must wheel his balls around in a wheel barrow!!! WTF!
Sometimes the waves are hungrier than the riders
Yum!
Fabulous footage.
Had to turn off the techno noise.
So raaaaaaad
Ahoy Mate!
Cliff on fire I find.
When was it filmed?
4:14 tirou onda :D
Sick video, the music is just horrendous…
guy became invisible at 1:05
Dude those wipeouts are insane. Prepare yourself for insta death
I wouldn’t wear a white rashguard in heavy waves.

Skating a Bowl is much more deadly, LoL!
Beauty James!

Зачем музыка 👎🏻, лучше шум естественной волны, океана 👍🏾
My best moments are in the air or under water the rest is just media
Would be far better without the idiotic music
#6 or #5?
5:22 WTF
