I wouldn't buy new tickets unless you can do what AR did and buy 10 at a time. The TLC front loads a bunch of minimum payouts to make their money on new tickets. Been buying the old loteria tickets and have been doing well on them, of course they want to close it out. These guys are in the business of making money. Wait about a month and then start buying them.
I hear you, but the only thing not completely printed at random are the jackpots, and those are still random within their respective prize pools, so now or later it's all the same.
