Beginners Smokey Eye using just 1 Brush and 1 Eyeshadow!

- Hi Everyone! Hope you all are well. I asked on you on my Snapchat which video would you like to see first and majority of you said the beginner smokey eye using 1 eyeshadow and 1 brush so that's what I've got in store for you today! I done a video like this a few years ago but a few people said they would like to see it being done with less brushes so I've cut it down to just one. As I said in the video you can do this with any eyeshadow colour or texture and if you felt you needed a transition colour you could always use your bronzer or contour shade in the crease, that doesn't count as an eyeshadow..right? ;)

I love simple looks like this. for work or everyday. I have kids so anything to make putting on makeup faster is always awesome! I love that you put the pictures of different colors at the beginning too. Seeing the same technique with different colors is always really helpful.

Glad I stumbled across this. I have forgotten how much I enjoy a simple, less structured eye look. It's such a simple yet sophisticated look.

Yes , it’s easy. I have deep blue eyes and sometimes all I require is one shadow depending on what I feel like doing.

@AurahBeat For some reason I can't reply to you direct but I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I don't think my eyebrows are perfect at all haha. When I was a teenager I plucked them all off. I literally had about 8 hairs in a line and that was it, I was very lucky that they grew back. I've a video on my channel about how I fill my brows in. Perhaps that would be helpful? I had worn this style and similar colour with kajal for my friends wedding.. it worked extremely well even with my loud and bright Indian silk saree and heavy gold temple jewelry. it looked so sophisticated yet young. thank you so much for this tutorial!! keep up the great work love..

I use the Mac paint pot and then use a bronzer for eye shadow but I do like that eyeshadow u used

What eyeshadow primer is your favorite for oily lids?
I don't have particularly oily lids myself but I'd probably go with a Mac paint pot. Due to the consistency of the product I find it's great for prepping the eye area. Another favourite of mine is the Urban Decay Primer Potion but I'd lean more towards the paint pot :) x
Hey, I’m thinking of buying the Kayak eyeliner. Do you recommend? Does it smear a lot? I had a bad experience with eyeliner that would smudge a lot and it looked like I haven’t slept in 2 days. Lol
