Well it does once split ends that are damaged have been cut off and you look after your hair extremely well. However, that varies from person to person.
I would've got it cut just below her shoulders,I wouldn't have put her on RUclips, I'd film it for memories to have but not for the world to see my little girl,children shouldn't be put up on the Internet, it's not safe
