I have an alternative idea. Spain, Norway and Ireland could give a chunk of their lands to the Arabs to establish three additional muslim states. (Spain could return "stolen" land from the Arabs during the Reconquista, and Norway and Ireland are rich). Wait, the Arabs have already colonised large swaths of Europe (and are still not satiated). The Europeans would be wise to note, however, what happened to Lebanon (a previously predominantly Christian nation) after Arab "refugees" flooded that country.
