There are no police on the streets..BECAUSE everyone from birth,are taught by their ELDERS, that doing stupid things,and getting caught and mandated by any police officer AND being hauled into the station..is absolutely 💯 an EMBARRASSMENT to the ENTIRE FAMILY AND YOURSELF (AM I RIGHT OR WRONG)now i love my nyc.BUT THE WAY EVERYTHING IS GOING..THE KIDS AND ADULTS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE AND THIS IS WHY I CANNOT WAIT TO GET TO CEBU MAHBUHAY
