She applies Cryo by sprinting AND using her tap dash only costs 10 stamina to use... BUT HERE'S THE KICKER: if she hits an enemy with the small burst of Cryo when she exits sprint, it gives her back 10 stamina and buffs her Cryo, essentially buffing and dodging for FREE!
