  • The Vatican is a sovereign city-state located in Rome, Italy.
So who lives at The Vatican?
Well the Pope of course, including members of the Swiss Guard and their families, other priests and people working in the church.
We visited St. Peter's Basilica, St. Peter's Square, The Vatican Museums, Michaelangelo's Sistine Chapel, The Papal Tombs, St. Peters Basilica's Dome, the Raphael Rooms, the Gallery of Maps, the Sala Rotunda, Lapidary Gallery, the Gallery of Statues and Hall of Busts,
The Vatican Museums has in excess of 70,000 paintings and sculptures in their collection across 54 galleries.
Works from Michaelangelo, Bernini, Raphael, Leonardo da Vinci and Caravaggio are prominent.
Unfortunately I don't have any vision of the Sistine Chapel and the Papal Tombs because filming is not permitted.
You need a full day to see everything at the Vatican. If a definite must visit if you're ever in Rome.
Enjoy the video and get out there and discover the world.

The world's most famous paintings and sculptures are in this church and absolutely worth a visit. What a sight! 😱 This is a travel one should do at least once in a lifetime. The BGM 🎶 that you used cannot be more suited to this holy place. Amazing!
