If you are really interested in AI and ML then for sure you can secure a job at Google. Google does not look at your degree and from which college you studied, they will look at your skills. So don't worry that you are graduating from a tier 3 college.

This isn't about what profession you belong to, it's about how good and passionate you are about your profession. In engineering, all that matters is your skill and experience, and Kai baar kis lvl ki education hold krte ho vo bhi dekha jata. Obviously, ek certificate course vala km kamaega diploma holder se, and diploma holder ek bachelor vale se km kamaega and bachelor vala master se and masters vala PhD se km kamaega. But in some cases, if you are good, a degree doesn't matter. But for that you have to be extremely good. If you are just fine, obviously koi bhi 10-20k se neeche ni dega and most of the time berojgar rhoge and engineering m job ni bolke dusro p blame daal doge.

It is per annum. 60k is pretty much the salary for entry based software engineers. To earn that much in a month will probably mean you're in the top 1% of the SDE group in US.
