I settled down in Batu Gajah, Malaysia 35 years ago after working all over Malaysia. The price of houses ( landed property) in Ipoh or Batu Gajah is half the price of what you find in KL or Penang. Even the cost of living is so much lower..

No 4 is said as “sei”. Which is die. That is why they don’t use 4 instead 3A or 13A for 14. Most Chinese developed condominiums and apartments.
