I find that I love videos like these (soft spoken, lots of breath sounds and body movements) when I'm writing papers for grad school. I normally like ASMR for sleep, but sometimes the right video is great for just relaxing and focusing. Doesnt quite put me to sleep, but is relaxing enough to drown out everything else and help me focus. Love it! Thank you!!!
