      Attempt to follow a bulking phase in some prospection, Consume more naturally nutruient-rich foods, such as lean meats, legumes, 100% Whole Wheat, Nuts (Pistachios, walnuts, Macadamias, cashews, etc. [which if you live in india, you may find at a trades market/fruit stands, or hey! If you don't, just find some in your local shopping marts/stores.
      And most important tip of all; STAY CONSISTENT TO YOUR TRAINING, no work means no results sorry to break it to you truthfully.

    Midas, I just wanted to thank you for the quality of your content. I really appreciate how you take the time to NARRATE the proper form of each exercise before starting to do them. The video preview also helps visualizing the correct form.
    Also, the fact that you stay quiet during the exercises themselves allows the viewer to mute the video and play their own music without missing any important information.
    So many channels and videos jump straight to the workout giving zero explanation or even warm up.
    You're the GOAT.

    Discovered you somehow! Thank you. I'm just a 45 y/o lady from southern IL that did this workout after a 30 min upper body workout with another youtuber I follow (Caroline Girvan - IRON series). Your 30 min upper body workout was AWESOME! I will start adding your workouts to my playlist. I think I will progress better with your workouts (but I promised myself, until I finish the other lady I will just add yours to it). Thanks once again, now if I can just get this eating under control.

    Wow thanks. I can gladly say. I did start on the one dumbbell workout full body, arms ,chest , shoulders, back and thighs and legs, more over with little weight. But I can see my muscles burning up slowly and gradually ... Thank you so much bruh ... I hope to increase the weight after perfecting the training...May God reward you abundantly mahne.

I just got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like the plans they came back with. Just wondering if you've ever heard of or tried any of these tools? Thanks man!

      Never heard or tried any of those but there’s so much out there these days I try to stick with what I already know to work. If you like it, you should keep going with it for sure

    I watch another RUclipsr, bully he cool.. but some of his videos i be like , "really u want us to do that" I like coming here to keep a nice consistent flow during my workout.. and I think this will be my new fitness RUclipsr. It's all realistic work outs not showing off.

    Hey thanks for putting out new workout. I have been using your tutorials for arms, chest and shoulders 20 min workout. This one for 30 minutes is what I will try next. Please keep making new interesting workouts for upper body and mix it with abs. 30 minutes is good lunch time workout for me. Thank you.

    Amazing work out coach ,hpwever i don have in availability so much weights on dumbbells ,my heaviest pair of dumbbells is 10kg ,so if i able to combinate the dumbbells between them ,so i do as well ,if i do not i do not do not ,except of that it was a fantastic work out ,thanks a lot !!!

    My upper chest is clearly behind my middle and lower chest, how can I fix this? I do the training in PPL with your videos at home as dumbbells and barbells, can you help?

    I can't do 60 seconds of pause because I have dumbells with screws and I have to change the weights everytime. What is the maximum time I can pause without messimg up the session? Thanks

      It doesnt matter how much rest you get in the middle just keep the consistency and maybe try pushing out more reps if too much rest is taken
