Very cool. Should look into integration of weather monitoring sensors on drones to form a distributed mesh of additional data collection which would be useful for many specific applications noted as priorities in the video in addition to general forecast improvement not to mention others. The data resolution gathered at the moment, unfortunately $, typically has fairly low resolution and limits prediction in addition to basic understanding of systems. Also weather awareness generally has pretty large application significance for air based/dependent systems like flight systems themselves. Some have these to some extent but many don't. The sensors really aren't that expensive generally unless you're trying to mount like an entire independent radar system on a $500 quadcopter lol.
