There's a clip on the coolant line where the rope goes through it's a slider it's it's a clip on the rod hose support that the pull cord goes through so it doesn't bind up
The starter cord had been routed incorrectly by a friend as he was trying to start my snowmobile. The technical manuals do not really show how to route the starter cord. Had to go look at a similar used snowmobile to finally figure this out.
@@vulcanizerrecreationalvehi5182 I wish you would have shown how it was routed in the video haha. The previous owner of my sled had it improperly routed aswell.
There are some pics at the end that show the routing, however I couldn't find an illustration in any technical manuals that clearly show how to route it. My apologies if the pics are not sufficient. I sold the sled a few weeks after making the video.

Check your belt deflection way too tight your belt
