I once had contractions at 2 mins and still got to 3:20 while training out of the water, but i can't hold it as much underwater, because it is much more stressful that way. On the surface i just don't fear accidentally breathing or passing out.

Last time i remember trying one minute is so hard. As a kid i could cross the pool underwater after trying it alot. I also feel that i could go deepers when i was smaller because now it really hurts my ears when my head even comes close to the bottom. I will say, I damaged my lungs.

Hey Christian I had a question. I’m thinking about getting a mini scuba tank like in your last video. but I was a bit concerned about the exploding lung thing would it have the same outcome if I did it in my pool which is about 3 meters?

The exploding lung thing is just that if you hold your breath while going up the air expand and can rupture your lungs. If you breathe when going up that will not happen.
