I have a soft spot for HCMC/Saigon. I first went in 2002. It has been my second home since 2004. My first is USA. I will admit that I am biased in favor of Vietnam in general. My wife of 16 years is from HCMC/Saigon and we go often. Lets hope we get this COVID-19 under control. I want to go back to Vietnam (my 10th time)
