El juego no esta hackeado, simplemente esta emulado a una velocidad hypermegalenta, que despues se regraba a la velocidad normal (que es lo que estamos viendo); ademas, se aprovechan de bugs y de glitches (errores de programacion) que seria lo mismo que correr para atras. =)

No esta hackeado, esta usando "TAS" TAS es una técnica que está muy de moda en el mundo de la emulación. Se trata de, ayudarse al máximo con los savestats, ralentización del juego y conocer muy bien los movimientos con todas las posibilidades de un juego. Su finalidad, es la de hacerse un juego lo más rápidamente posible, destruir a los bosses de maneras sorprendentes y muchas más cosas. Seguro que todos conoceis el video de mario bros en 5 minutos; pues os diré que se usa el TAS. Los reflejos humanos hacen que cometamos fallos, el TAS corrige cada uno de los fallos y nos da la partida perfecta: Sin fallos, todo lo rápido que se pueda, como si una máquina jugase. Lógicamente esto le quita toda la gracia a los juegos, pero una vez los dominas, intentas llegar a la perfección... y es genial poder verte a ti mismo en la partida perfecta.

Rather go with SNK. Capcom is far too easy and forgiving. But that's for any player to jump right in it. SNK gives reward for skill and you can't get away with murder. Takes forever to learn those combos. SNK is just an exclusive club that very few members are allowed to join.
