Hi Charlie and team, can you kindly make a video on predictions for Sept 2024 VB? As per the I485 Inventory data published by USCIS in April, there are total of 42k pending I485 (20k ROW, 4K China, 16k India and about 2k for Philippines + Mexico) and we have about 56k GCs available in EB1 for 2024 (7%of 161,000 + 10k EB5 spillover). So if we see this data, there is a good chance that we will have a surplus of 10k+ GCs that can be made available to India and/or China. If that's the case, we should see 6-9 months movement for EB1 India in Sept. Now I understand that the data is a little outdated (as of April 2024) and it does not include NVC processing, but it still seems there will be some spillovers. Would love to get your views on this. Thanks
Thanks for sharing this information and update us on what’s going on but still need some info about unmarried children priority dates on September 19/2016 embassies in Guyana 🇬🇾 what’s going on ……please help on this information
Thank you. Q1 for next video - Charger said that the attempt to maximize family visa allocation will benefit employment category. Could you explain? Wouldn't maximizing family visa usage will ensure no spillover to employment category, thereby not adding to the EB pool? Q2 - Could you review the reported inventory for Family and employment and share your assessment?
What about f4 category final action date of family'
Nothing happened in September for F4. Sad
When is the next session with Charlie?
