Oh, this is so good. I have noticed a lack of pushing forward....to attain something. I'm 80 and maybe that is part of it. A surrender to a reality...."I can't make this happen." I've tried for 4 decades. But I am also experiencing longer moments in bliss which I do not want to move from. It is clear I did not generate this experience. I was doing nothing more than writing in my journal. Or another time might be the ease in meditation and joy is there more frequently.. Mind wonders if I've gotten lazy, wonders why I stopped buying spiritual books. My mind still likes to judge my activites, it was suggesting that there must be something wrong. LOL But your words have brought peace, The seach is over when the mind is still. Blessings
