I was a hair dresser for many years. Hair tyipcally grows very slowly 1/2 inch a month. I like the simplicity of this video. To be honest the only real issue I have is the thumbnail. It shows a woman with extremely long hair and in other parts of the video. However the lady making the video never shows her hair or face which means she may not actually have long hair herself. This is an common issue on you tube and often brings doubt to the viewer as to whether the video is genuine. It is always good to show viewers the face or prove of what the video is about.
