We used the fuel rail pressure sensor to insert in the regulator hole and seal. We then used two self tapper screws to seal the sensor and block the return feed
This was a good video.....I'm so tempted to get my own new edge....not a huge 94-98 fan.....I like the fox....but I want the irs....so the new edge is the clear choice....2005+ are too big inmo.....I like the smaller....more nimble mustangs.....

hope that ticking works out for you . I had same issue and it ended up being low pressure, needed new bottom end bearings. check your pressure when hot.

The car wouldn’t start so I played with the TPS sensor and it fired right up, I was happy and worried at the same time as I saw a bunch of smoke coming from the engine bay, I then realized that the smell was from liquid and burning pieces of rubber. It doesn't matter if it's a real Boss or not...It's Boss to him. Not all of us can afford the real thing like Termis, Shelby's, Saleens and Roush's. The guy is obviously a Mustang guy that takes pride in his car. Give him that much credit and not be a hater. Now riced out Stangs are another thing.

Cool Start up but I still think you shoulda put an aluminum Explorer 2V in it with Trick flow heads (cams) and intake. Same block as this one but its called an NVH block which Ford made the oil pan rails thicker so some say there even stronger then a Teksid!

Congrads on the swap running. I see you took the time to put oem plugs in 👍. I would suggest the same for thermostat and any sensors. I have had nothing but problems using Chinese autozone sensors and thermostat.

Get a 2v they imo are better and handle power better. Also they don't burn oil the 3vs are known for it. Also the 3vs the body's have really shitty paint jobs from the factory.

Used the fuel rail pressure sensor in the regular hole which blocks off the return feed. We used self tappers to make new holes for the bolts.

We used the stock harness and stock computer. No pats issue when using that

Lash adjusters building oil pressure. It is common after reassembling heads. They will knock/tick until it builds oil pressure
After seeing all that water damage from the original cobra engine now you know why he had it pulled before you showed up

Anyone that dry cranks an engine like that to obtain oil pressure ain't touching none of my vehicles.
I've swapped over 300 motors and never had an issue this way.
And I've built 15 mod motors.
