Great video as always, including the camera crew. The skids / landing gear are correct. They are higher in the front on the 135 & 145. The Police models and others also have the extended skids with deployable floats. Keep up the great work. Mine will be here in 3 days. CAN'T WAIT!!!
We sure thought so! Were also blown away by the way it handled the wind and rain!!! Never would have thought she would fly in terrible conditions, UPSIDE-DOWN in the rain, and stay controllable!!!
@B&M I love your new backyard view from the deck. Props to you two. The storm is amazing. I can feel the moisture in the air. . . RC Heli pilots, learn to fly upside down without the switch. If you're a beginner this is fun but as a pilot your brain will appreciate it if you learn to reorient yourself in your mind when upside down. It's not that hard with some time put into it. Simulators are best for practicing heli maneuvers. Cool looking bird.
Very nice & capable with clean business like colors & I know what you mean . Twice a week beautiful DC -3's Flyover on their approach to Opa Locka Airport , 305 after returning from the Bahamas. Their sound is intoxicating . TY guys for your efforts.👍
The pond is looking great. Really meshing with the landscaping now. You know what you should do on the dock side behind the chairs is plant a semi-dwarf fruit tree "orchard". I have an area about that size with about 25 assorted fruit trees, so I have peaches, pears, plums, cherries, apples, the whole gamut. They stay nice and short but produce almost a hundred pounds of fruit each.
Megan mentioned this comment to me, and interestingly enough, we've been thinking about it for a while now. Not sure if you can see in the videos, but we have staked out more of a "tear drop" shape where the trees you mentioned live. This is were the Cherry tree from up in front (at the end of the driveway) and a few other trees we've earmarked for moving will go, and with them helping obstruct our now clearer view of the neighbors, we would love to have some more fruit trees up there too. The biodiversity would be amazing, and think of the flowering - it would be amazing in spring! Also, many of these fruit trees need "well drained" soil, so hills can be good. Anyway, stay tuned, and you'll see as we unfold some of these projects. We just started working with a GC and have "80% Plans" being drawn up by structural engineers, so we can get our pad built, and start the process of laying out the road, and finalizing our shape and size of the "dam gift shop". We kinda need some more time to fly the land and see how it flows, but we'll be breaking ground sooner than we can even believe. I want a pad out there by end of the year, so it can over-winter, same as the dam.
I didn't even need to drink the entire bowl of toilet wine to watch this one to the end 😂 Hope you all had a great Independence Day and everyone went to bed with all of their original digits attached and required zero CAT Scans 😊 Love seeing all of those beautiful birds in the living room- sorry Camera Crew. Currently awaiting delivery of my FMS 800mm F4U (via BPRC of course). I'll think of you guys if one of its mains breaks off during the maiden 😊👍

Took delivery of my RC ERA C123 helicopter. I fully charged brand new AMAZON AA batteries for the radio. The radio would not power up. Took a close look and inside the radio on the battery slots is printed 1.5 volt. Come to find out AMAZON AA lipos are rated at 1.2 volts. Put in fresh over the counter 1.5 volt standard batteries (non Lipo) and the transmitter fired right up. Just tryin to help others...
Hi, I’m planning on buying a FMS hobby product. But I don’t have a transmitter. I’m thinking about buying a Flysky Fs-i6 transmitter with receiver. Would it work well? Is that transmitter good?
I don't recommend the Flysky, since I don't know much of anything about it. If you want help from us, you might consider using one of the Spektrum Transmitters ( bprc.me/Tx ) that we use for hundreds of "unbox, build, radio setup" videos. I wouldn't seriously consider any less than NX10 ( bprc.me/NX10 ), as it's going to buy you years of service, and you'll have as many features as we've used for almost a decade. You can spend considerably more, but these are firmly in the "middle of the pack" for pricing. The Flysky can be very inexpensive, so I understand the draw, but there are features that I'm pretty sure you'll want that are brand specific to Spektrum (or more pricey choices). If you need a stop-gap, to keep on budget, consider the NX7e ( bprc.me/NX7e ), which is pretty cheap, and still features much of what we need to do what we do on our videos. That all being understood, we understand everyone has reasons for buying what they buy, and generally it's driven by budget, so don't hear me wrong. The biggest reason you don't want to start with "cheap" is because you will use the same Transmitter for many planes. I'm up to something like 235 planes in my NX10, fyi...so if you divide my "cost basis" per plane, I'd be at $2.30 per plane worth of Transmitter...but we might be an exception to the rule, to one extent or another. If you buy cheap, you may regret it from day one, till you eventually end up with an NX10 or similar, and you will end up with one, or similar, only you will have spent hundreds or thousands along the way, getting all sorts of "budget friendly" offerings that leave out a feature or two, that you NEED. I only know because that's what I (any many others) tried...and failed - LOL ;) Get what you want, and need, and think you might need in the next few years, to make the best decision for dollars and cents... This is good advice...even if you get another brand than what we suggest. The second large factor is "can I get help setting it up" - with Flysky, you might be able to find 5%-10% of the help on RUclips, compared to Spektrum. I know for a fact, we have done less than probably 2-3% of our videos with "Other Brand" transmitters...other than straight up RTF offerings...then we just use whatever it came with. You will need some help getting started. We will help, but you need to have the same stuff for maximum help. Even if you invest a $250 premium, but find success, rather than failure - you will thank me later. P.S. I'm not the only guy helping people with Spektrum, but we are one of the most consistent, and we've done almost every FMS offering...almost "there" with their entire lineup. FYI Good luck with your decision!
Hey Brian, I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on the Super Timber, but have a few questions. I’ve heard of a BNF for $399 floating around but can’t find one. Ever see one in your world? Lastly, what is the sweet spot regarding a battery choice and not effecting the weight and balance but still giving the ability to do all the cool stuff? Thank you, Anthony
Wanna buy one i saw that c190 and they have a way to turn optical flow on & off by pushing up on the same button but in your video here i see it's for gyro calibration right?
Hi Brian I sent you 2 emails but if you didn’t see them I’ll just tell you in this comment and you can reply to it. Idk if you remember me but I was the kid Ryan that is 15 and asked about the Al37. I found a really cool airliner by Xfly called the twin liner basically an airbus A320. Can you make a video on it? It’s not that expensive and looks really good. If you do make a video can you show how to set up dual rates and expo? If you don’t I was gonna use the dual rates and expo settings you used for the 64mm futura which is 90 20 for more 100 5 for less and 100 10 for takeoff. And would the stabilization process be the same as other airplanes using an Ar631 with forward programming? Thanks Ryan

Guys, I think you are missing a pretty large part of RC enthusiasts interests. It's all well and good talking and demonstrating RC products. FYI, there is A LOT of information you are not addressing. I for one want to know what/about the mechanics and electronics that are in the different models you showcase. Example, this particular helicopter has a number one upgrade inside...direct drive brushless main motor. Zero gears to break in this baby. Not only is this so much better and stronger but way easier to maintain. If you suffer a blade strike, there are no gears to be broken. Might lose a blade but the motor will briefly stop and all should be good, other then maybe a blade. This type of information is very important to convey to the RC enthusiast. Love your stuff. You can do better.
Or you could have just said great video guys and btw it's also gearless direct drive which is another added bonus 👍 I think that is a much kinder and simpler way 😉
RC Going is not a good company . I've bought Helis from them and extra batteries. They sent the wrong battery for the model of heli , I informed them and they ignored the issue. Buy from them at your own peril.
