anyone know what the spices are in truck masters setup? two of them look identical, but he uses both in the same dish & a fair amount (3-4 teaspoons each). Thanks =)
What happened to wearing gloves when cooking for the public? Out of all the different places that were recorded only one street stand wore gloves , the others had bare hands and the chicken one had dirty finger nails , how gross . If I am going to buy street food I want to know that my food is prepared with cleanliness! What a food hazard to get food poisoning!
I think the dirty nails was the cameraman. Even without the gloves there's a lot of single use plastic being used elsewhere with the sauce bags and whatnot
