Brilliant flight just my type of flight. I fly mainly HEMS that I make up myself. I place staff at the hospital landing spots as well and sometimes an ambulance, which gives me better sight of landing area. But more of these please. Thanks again.
The next challenge after that is to land the H145 so that when the medic gets the patient out he takes it over to the waiting hospital medics. A bit of guess work on that@@Dreamsofwings
If you're interested in helicopters, and want to try out the combat side of things (or really, just flying around on your own, granted the map selection can't touch MSFS) you might check out some of the helicopters in DCS. The AH-64D has been the one I've spent the most time in, and it's been a beast to learn to fly, but a lot of fun. They also have the Mi-24/Mi-8 which fly pretty similarly, but really give you the feeling that you're actually manually flying the things. The Ka-50 is another one that's got a lot of great autopilot support that lets you slide around through the smallest gaps along the ground once you get your mind wrapped around flying it. Great video!
It is, the Action Pack Expansion is what really makes it for me but even the base pack gives you a deep simulation of a modern helicopter and they are constantly improving and listening to feedback.
Nice seeing video from my home country, even though I live far south compared to this area. 😊👍 I would love to master helicopters in the sim, but find it very difficult. 😅 I really enjoyed this!
How du u download this helicopter and the Action pack? I want to fly exact that helicopter u flied in this video. How do i download the helicopter and the action pack?
I love flying this from day one but with the new Asobo flight model its so ahrd to fight the bird to the ground. Nice Trick to do it without Autotrim. Thx and thx for the fine videos
@@Dreamsofwings since i have the full hardware like rhe vkb ruderr stick and thrust lever it was more adventure to land on a 10x10meter ground. I lost control several times. Do you mapped a hot button on your stick? Or are you flying with a collective? ☺️
How do you move the camera around? Without using the mouse. I also notice the camera moving just a little, making it more realistic. In my sim everything is completely still.
Many thanks! Nothing special in the settings really except I have no deadzone with helos. Going to invest in a springless stick and collective controls one day lol
I just discovered you two days ago... Sorry I was lost on the vast dessert of Simulation. I already watched 10 videos, it's like a series, really addictive. So buddy, mind if I Suscribe and hit the All notifications bell option? My wife loves you, now I can sit quietly on the same spot... Keep posting, keep it you, keep us dreaming of wings!!!
@@NicolaiStorm best thing to do his head to their website. You’ll need to purchase the H145 base (and the action expansion of you want to do the HEMS missions) and follow this davux.com/docs/ops/ in the manual.
Thanks for taking her for a spin, this video was great!
Many thanks! Love your H145
Great video again mate 👏 I like the look of the hype packs it's really cool and the details are fantastic. Thanks for sharing bud
Cheers fella! It is great fun and adds something different to do.

Many thanks! Yes love the idea of placing staff at the hospital! Great idea!

Many thanks! Yes I have the Huey and Apache in DCS but not gotten round to learning the ropes yet. They look great though!
Youve been tempting us with the 145 for a while now, looks great fun - i might have to cave in :)

Absolutely brilliant story you’re just top-notch 😉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hey thanks so much Mav 🍻🫡
Not easy but you achieve it captain 👍👍
Congrat and thanks. Im learning how to fly this bird now
Many thanks and hope you enjoy as much as I do!

Thanks! Yes taking out autotrim gives you much more precise control for any kind of low speed manoeuvring. 🍻

I am using a lever on my Bravo throttle quadrant for collective. One day I’d like to get a Virpil collective.

I use drone mode to move around externally. You can change the speed settings etc

Hi. Are you using GTN750 here ? I can't switch off TAWS , mine is greyed out, thank you great video
Many thanks! This is the TDS GTNxi so may be a function that might not be active on the one you have perhaps? Might be worth checking that.
@@Dreamsofwings Thanks for reply, I'll check it :)

Did u download By mod or by their website Hype performance Group?

It's pretty hard to do a hover in the "mountains", especially with snow...and the sim is not making it easier....
Yeah that was a challenge!
How did u get the Norwegian air ambulance livery
@@Mr.Telemark I seem to remember it is one of the default HPG HEMS liveries.
