GIRRLLLL!! 💗 I totally understand how you feel. I have had autoimmune disease since my teens. It's EXHAUSTING! And for ages the adult doctors would say there was nothing wrong with me even though my pediatrician diagnosed me with Juvenile Idiopathic Inflammatory Arthritis. Then when I turned 40, the adult rheumatologist finally diagnosed me with psoriatic arthritis. KEEP PUSHING for them to take you seriously. Now I see a "functional medicine" doctor who measures every hormone and every vitamin level. It makes a difference. ❤

We just got home from a wonderful trip to Portugal. It took a little over 24 hours of traveling to get home. By the time I gotten into bed lasst night I had gone about 27 hours with no sleep. I SOOO feel you on the "my bones hurt, my hair hurts." I only slept for about 5 hours and am up with a horrible migraine and everything hurts! I love traveling and feel blessed to be able to travel but as I get older (56 yrs old now) and deal with autoimmune issues it takes me a couple of days to feel better. You have an incredible husband/partner who understands the importance of taking care of you for your long term health AND so that you both can enjoy each other and your girls for MANY, MANY years to come! 💕
