I will say that if anyone has the opportunity to splurge on yacht club, it’s worth it for MSC. The private area perks, WiFi/drinks included, and more of a catered experience have given us better experiences than a standard cabin. We typically do Norwegian in the US but have only done MSc for Europe cruises

We booked MSC for next year but canceled based off reviews..we only cruise royal caribbean and have always been happy

Ugh. What an atrocious experience. I just put a deposit down on my first cruise. Sailing aboard Carnival. Hope I don't have an experience like this.
We didn’t have any problems with embarkation or getting off the ship when we were on Carnival Celebration
Is this port Canaveral orlando or Miami? Just sailed MSC World Europa from Marseille, France and had a great experience but seems the US cruises are rougher

just did the 25 day cruise aboard her from Rome to Port Canaveral Nov 16th, after doing 50+ Cruises this is the worst we have ever been on. food was atrocious, no in cabin tv for the whole 25 days, entertainment was great for the first 8 days after we left Barcelona everything changed for the worse. they nickle and dimed us for everything, drink packages exorbitant, WiFi same, will never cruise MSC again. Oh most people onboard felt the same way.
Wow that’s horrible. We were thinking of using MSC for our European cruise in 2024 that’s why we wanted to check them out first before committing I’m glad we did because we will not be using MSC decided on princess cruise line their new ship Sun Princess

We are going to be doing our first MSC cruise next spring and some of the reports really make me nervous. There is no way that I will be able to sit or stand around for 3-4 hours as I travel with a guide dog. At least my Mom (90 yrs) will be able to sit as she will be on a scooter.
Hopefully they will have everything together by then but we didn’t have to stand the entire time that would have been horrible we were in one of the theaters.
And you chose 'Express Walk-off'?😳😳😳 MSC really can't avoid chaos! I was on the Nov 16 to Nov 20 4 nights cruise and the same thing happened to us, but we didn't go to the theater to wait. We assumed that express walk-off means exactly what it means since there was abosolutely no shipwide instruction on how to proceed with the debarkation and nothing was specified on the piece of paper they handed out the night before. The whole cruise was nothing but a ball of confusion even with the crew! So never again, MSC!!! And oh by the way, they should fire their chef because he or she doesn't know how to cook Italian!🤣🤣🤣 I lived in Italy for 3 years and I know what Italian food should look and taste like. Or perhaps they're just lying when they said they have an Italian chef on board? Italians don't use cherry tomatoes on their Caprese Salad and it's missing some important ingredients as well.
We were on the same cruise! No we didn’t do express walk off.
We were on the same cruise from Port Canaveral. Beautiful ship, nice staff when you finally get to them. But it was the very worst crowd control I've ever imagined in my whole life. Seemed like an unorganized mess to go anywhere or get any food of any type. We barley survived the early walk off. It took over an hour probably two to get out. There was a horrible atmosphere of completely stress out passengers. A small pushing match was going on behind us. If MSC would invest a little on how to serve crowds and keep folks in a better mood they would have a good reason to sail again.
Did you like the cruise overall? I’m platinum with both Carnival and Princess. I hear really not good stuff with MSC.
Overall it was just okay I would try them again maybe the Seaside to see if it is better
