I once was doing pushups while in a bad mood and intense sad emotion. The pushups i do are always slow steady, meaning they're harder to perform. while my emotion burst into crying with tears while doing pushups, i couldnt feel fatigue and kept going with the pushups without stops for 5 minutes. This is unusual to me because i would usually fatigue around 2minutes. My question is how is this possible?
Intense emotional states, such as sadness, can trigger the release of stress hormones like adrenaline, which temporarily enhance physical performance and delay the onset of fatigue.
