Wow super easy. I’d be worried about squeaking and rattles with the wood right up against the metal and not being fastened. Maybe some rubber or foam between the spots they touch?
Nothing squeaks! You can see some of our customer reviews. The kit doesn't rub against ANY of the internal frame, its all locked to itself, as we leave space for insulation and panelling so we don't need to add any rubber or anything for rubbing concern...:)
Everything is bolted into the floor. The floor itself can be bolted into the van chassis IF you wish. If the accident is big enough to rip the floor up with all that weight then the least of your worries is what’s coming from behind you.

Nothing is bolted down? In a collision your van becomes a death trap.
