How to make a projector from a smartphone

In this video I will show you How to make a projector from a smartphone, shoe box and lens.

My simple lesson on how to make a projector using a smartphone allows you to magnify the image of your phone 15 times! This means that you can get an image of about 55 or 60 inches! For this DIY projector for a smartphone (which REALLY WORKS!) You will need: a shoe box, 2 magnifying glasses (I used a cheap 90 mm diameter magnifying glass), a nail file, scissors and a knife, black paint, a pencil and a ruler, a smartphone (or even PAPER PHOTOS!).
The first step is to cut out the required diameters in the shoe box. My box was 40 cm long. The box must be narrow. How to insert loops in them correctly - see in my video tutorial.
The next step is to cut a hole for the magnifying glass.
Next - wait for complete darkness, it will be ideal if you pull a white cloth and project the resulting image onto it!
You will also need a holder for a smartphone, so I made it from the plastic bottom of the bottle (see My video tutorial).
Install the holder on the inner back of the box (behind the magnifying glass). Hold the phone to the holder (the screen should be turned towards the magnifying glass).
Important! Phone settings! Set your phone screen brightness to maximum. This is necessary so that the image is bright and clear. Turn off screen rotation. Turn the phone upside down (so that people in the video or in the photo turn over - their legs will be up and their heads will be down).
About focus and distance: adjust focus by moving the smartphone (with holder) back and forth inside the box. Here are some tips on distance:
1. The distance from the phone to the magnifying glass is 40 cm, the distance from the magnifying glass to the wall is 1 m, the image size is ~ 20 inches
2. The distance from the phone to the magnifying glass is 30 cm, the distance from the magnifying glass to the wall is 1.5 m, the image size is ~ 30 inches
3. The distance from the phone to the magnifying glass is 20 cm, the distance from the magnifying glass to the wall is 3 m, the image size is ~ 60 inches
So, turn off the lights in your room and turn on the movie! :)
You can also project paper photos! Use a flashlight for this. Look in my video tutorial on how to do it right.
