Welcome to Delicious in Dungeon- Prepare to be wowed by fantasy food, laugh at zany antics, and grip the edge of your seat as you realize more and more that this series is something special.
The lyrics of the opening talk about being trapped in a dream from which you cannot wake up, you want to remember the things you have lost but your body tells you that you have to move on, the things lost and the people who are gone will not return, but You will be able to experience more good times along the way if you continue. The ending was illustrated by the author Ryoko Kui. I will be waiting for the second opening and ending, they are also good.
I love this manga and I'm so excited that the anime has taken off like it has. Ryoko Kui is the lone author and artist for the manga, and I'm so glad Studio Trigger has kept her artstyle in the anime. Her art is so comfy. Most of the art in the ending credits is part of her extra collections she titled "Daydream Hour". Danjon Meshi, is "Dungeon Food". The story is both comforting and tense. Unfortunately, if you look up her art youre almost garunteed to find spoilers. Try to avoid spoilers! It's such a good story! Youre in for a treat.
I'm pretty sure the ED art is original and made for the anime, not taken from DDH. Ryoko Kui even "leaked" the art for the second ED the day before it came out, so it's definatelly being done on the spot.
Hello, I'm Japanese. Welcome to the world of Delicious in Dungeon. I also love this manga and anime. The story is very fun, the music is great, and the pictures are cute. However, there are two things to keep in mind when watching. Firstly, this story is very deep and elaborate, so I recommend that you pay close attention to the characters' lines, the surrounding scenery, and the background. Dialogue and background are the key to uncovering foreshadowing in the story and solving mysteries. The second point to note is that the illustrations in this story are cute, but the cute illustrations We must not let our guard down. The second half of the story may surprise you a little. The pictures are cute, so it looks like an anime aimed at children, but the story is suitable for adults as well. I'm looking forward to seeing your reaction video to this anime.
Op 2 and Ed 2 are really great too and tame in spoilers, or rather there's a lot of nuances to them you'd only understand from watching the anime in the first place.
This is one of the animes that is really worth to watch. Like the other comment said, keep in mind that this anime story is very well-crafted despite looking like a slice of life anime. It can have violence and suddenly you will be hit by such a deep lore later on and sometimes there are details or foreshadowing where it's a blink-or-miss and will actually appear in the further episode and it is not out of nowhere but the details sometimes already had been hinted even in the episode 1 although they can be subtle. But please delve into the show and believe me, you will LOVE it and fell in love with the characters and the adventure they had in the dungeon and it gets better and better with each episode! So have your meal ready, and get ready for the delicious in dungeon!
The nice thing about this opening is that nearly *all* these characters have names and histories, though they may not be expressed inside the story proper. The author makes a lot of side content.
I’m excited to see ur reactions!! Warning!!! This show may be humorous, fun, lighthearted, but it can get gorey and violent at times. I love it though, and as a manga reader, it’s super high quality in terms of character development, worldbuilding, and storyline (really intricate)
I look forward to seeing your reactions to the actual episodes! Dungeon Meshi is by far my favorite manga series of all time- you're in for an incredible ride. One quick tip, I'm not sure if you had noticed in editing, but it seems as though your mic is picking up the show's audio from time to time, creating a somewhat distracting echo. I'd recommend wearing headphones or moving the mic further away from the speakers in future videos :)
I’ve noticed the sound in editing and was sort of intentionally doing that for copyright reasons, but I think going forward I’ll do cleaner audio and use headphones for viewers’ sakes 👍🏻

So I’ve watched up to episode 9 but I really do hope that the lyrics don’t spell doom for a certain character.

I am but a moth attracted to the flame of dungeon meshi reactors.

You’re not gonna regret watching this show
I've been thinking of watching this show too! I checked out a couple episodes on Netflix and it was pretty fun. It makes me wanna play a dungeon rpg.
I’m loving this show, OP 1 is peak!
I've read the manga, and I can say this is a fantastic tale. Great world building. Great characters. Great story.

Yes. So cute….
Eating and watching DinD is a privilege of the living

It's called delicious in dungeon but they are the food💀
best catgirl of all time
This is not a cooking anime. This is an eating anime. There are plenty of implications.

Great reaction!
Tho the audio problem was a little bit annoying...
It will be fixed in the future! No worries!
