Hi Oliver, thank you, would be nice ! subscribe ?
TOP is one of my all time favorite bands! Saw them twice in concert, just amazing! Terrific rendition by Barry, Peter, Victor and Hamish! BRAVO! 👍👍🎤🎤🎸🎸🥁🥁👏👏
Where was I during that band's heyday? I never heard of them! But I'll be studying them tonight.
Hi Steve, yep, saw them live also, famous for 16 feel funk !
Another great rendition to the growing catalogue of brilliant covers. First Class Barry & Co, please keep them coming.
I keep re-watching so many of your great covers and love it when a new one pops up. Not only are they great songs, really well played, you also look like you are having a lot of fun. I wish I lived next door!!!
Thanks Barry 🎶❤️🎶
Well played? Perfect! And still they're fun guys. ... Boggles my mind!
Hello again Bbadjones, much appreciated !
I love this song. Feels like the groove of a nice stroll .
Agreed Truthseeker !
I did a radio station in college and this band was a staple.
Hi Truthseeker, great funk ! subscribe ?
Amazing! Rock on my friends! 😊🎸🎸
Hi Kausi, will do !
We wait patiently and are never disappointed
Always a pleasure to listen to you all even if I had not heard the song previously. Marvellous laid back sound again
I read a comment above about your drummer and as an ex myself must wholeheartedly agree he hits the groove without trying to dominate but he is always there always!
Hello Gordon, Hamish has that ability to appear in slow motion but its in real time !
@@BarryLeef oh year truely truely
Hamish just has that laidback groove letting everyone in and completing the job without any fuss
Oh yeah ..nice one Barry and the gang sounded superb … 👍 digging your drummer he plays with real feel and soul without the spoils of over playing! Really nicely done ..cheers guys 🍻
Hello Bigsquatch, thanks again for listening ! subscribe ?

Hi, my friends! Not easy, I guess for a four man band to do a Top song but like always you nailed it! Great job on bass! Victor👌❤️Gerard from 🇫🇷 🎶

Hi Chuck, all the best mate !
No me canso de escucharlos, tienen un sonido increíble.
Que chévere poder disfrutar de su gran calidad como músicos para interpretar temas tan potentes.
Todo lo mejor siempre para cada uno de ustedes y las personas que conforman su equipo.
Thank you Oscar, we all appreciate your thoughtful comments !
Som das guitarras ficou incrível
Thank you Renato !
Another thought about this vid. I love this drummer. His ability to slide back and forth along the beat makes him sing along with those skins. Nothing against the other drummer you have, I just like this guy better.
Hi Truthseeker, that's why his phone is constantly engaged !
you guys never cease to amaze me.
Hi Scott, glad you're amazed ! subscribe ?
IM amazed BY Barry does'nt tap his foot or any think , or struck Seroiusly ,,, awesome either way .

Jimmy from Chicago….!…Hi guys…..!…..Glad I found you …!….WOW!!!…..Top notch
Sound and production!!!….Barry and Company……!……FIRST CLASS!……….love you guys
All the way from Chi-town!!!……Thank you so much!!!😊😊😊
Hello Jimmy from Chicago, thank you so much !
That song always had the most righteous groove and you cats ride it like a Palomino pony. Like the Three Stooges said, "any Palomino is a palo-mine-o".
I think the first time I heard that song live in Sydney was at the Stage Door Tavern, played by a band called Deep Bayou featuring a singer called Margaret Maher, Harvey Fisk on guitar and Phil Laycock from Jupiter on the bass, and it whipped up a booty ruckus every time. If you boys keep taking me down Memory Lane I'll never find my way home, but would that be so bad?
Those were the days Bullgoose !
Love this band
Hey William, thank you !
Great work Barry and co. That was some serious string bending by Peter! Thanks for sharing. Cheers.
Glad you enjoyed it Victor ! subscribe ?

A clever interpretation of TofP’s tune. Considering the original was a Hammond and brass driven funk, ploughing a more soulful Leef furrow was not without risk, but this version is excellent. Congrats!!
Hey Bert, a Leef furrow, whatever that is I think I like it !
@@BarryLeef as in ploughing your own……
More than a cover, art in itself
¡¡¡Hola Banda!!!
Un caluroso abrazo desde un rincón del Caribe en Venezuela.
A warm hug is always appreciated Oscar !
😃Love the kitchen mix - tour dates? Bring your favourite vocalists,
Hi Lachlan, not great travellers !
@@BarryLeef I understand - maybe one night only - to a nice venue not too far away - just saying - Take care, love your work - keep off the boosters - (great bunch of guys cooking there!)

Hi Richard, thank you, we like it when he ties it back !

Excellent, you should try Baby Step Back by Gordon Lightfoot.
Thanks Mr Dude Bloke, will check it out !
sounds like the chords to the pusher man by steppenwolf
Must check it out Skip !
Here's what puzzles me: ... How can perfectionists be so personable?
That's supposed to be a psychological impossibility! O_O
Gee, are you talking about us ? humbled !
@@BarryLeef PFFFFT! You should do a vlog about how to get perfection out of your band without making them hate you! Seriously - how do you hold them to such a high standard and still be relaxed and have fun? I am mystified. ... O_O
Thank you Neko !
I’m a huge TOP fan, just shouldn’t go there man.
Hello Richard, there's no disrespect to TOP, just a humble interpretation of a great song !
