I really appreciate the option of some shorter workouts with no breaks so I can choose them on mornings I am rushed but want to keep up the habit of exercise. 8-12 minutes is a great length for those mornings.

This was short.. to the point and the transition was spot on. I didn't even notice the no breaks until mid way. Sometimes the slow and controlled hits the target areas better because one is concentrating on the breathing and execution. This was great! A nice variation. I am undecided though whether with breaks or no breaks but truly enjoyed this one. Thank you!
