According to Consumer reports, LG owns the TOP 7 spots in front load washers and Samsung is outside the TOP 15. Are these findings just based on Yale Appliance sales and service calls?
Thank God! bought LG's front load 6500 suite (with matching pedestals) and immediately (within 48 hours) upgraded them to the (stunning) 6700 (WM6700HBA washer & DLEX6700B electric dryer) suite. Impressed to say the least!
LGs turbo wash 360 has 4 spray arms meanwhile Samsung's just have one, probably resulting in better washing results for some programs. And for someone who works out a lot and use the faster programs a lot, I'd go with LG mostly for the spray arms.
LG over Samsung (sorry but Samsung appliances look beautiful but suck otherwise). If only LG would make a reversible door on the washer (like Electrolux and GE).
replaced our Samsung washer after 13 months. the drum is built so thin it egged itself. now our washing machine is just about out the door. its its only 2 years ago. called Samsung and they said our warranty ran out last month and they couldn't help us. so i found joined the big class action lawsuit against Samsung. buyer beware
I've got a Samsung washing machine and when it started making strange noises I called technical support for help. Worst support ever. For a start the helpdesk is based in India, it takes 40 minutes to get through then they keep you on the line for an hour and ask you to make recordings and upload them to their site for review. Then they say they will review the recording and call you back and they don't. If you have a full time job and think you can log a call on your lunch break you are in for a shock, it's going to take hours with Samsung support and they just flat out refuse to send an engineer. I've only had my Samsung for a year and have just bought an LG to replace it.
I could not care less if my washing machine has Wifi or not. If it performs its primary function well and is reliable that is what counts for me. Apps and wifi are merely a gimmick.
Wouldn’t buy a Samsung even if you paid me, they are unreliable, have problems with PC boards and the slider corrodes and rots away, then you either need to replace it which is expensive and would be easier to replace the whole drum and tub assembly or buy a new machine
I’ve had a Samsung washer and dryer since 2014, it’s worked flawlessly. The only feature I wish it had was the app to tell me when the washer is done.

Samsung features braille on a lot of it’s units… As a blind man who’s about to buy a new washer and dryer, that means a lot to me.
Oh my God you also typed here. Fantastic

It’s not fair that the LG washing machine is more expensive than the December. If it was the same price the Samsung would have auto dispense

I have had a bad experience with a few Samsung products and found their support useless. I will never buy anything Samsung brand again !!!
Why does this keep getting uploaded
Nice catch! Unfortunately we had some errors we had to correct to make sure it's as accurate as possible.

LG is 2nd place and Miele is 1st place beko 3rd place
It's like pitting the Pinto against the Hugo... In the end, they both suck....
