Where is the connector plug for the stator itself? Is it easy/difficult to access?

It is threaded behind the frame and comes out near the rectifier. It gets plugged in there.

Nice to see what is behind that cover and how that part of the motor functions. Thanks again.

Can you get frame sliders or crash bars for that model? I'd invest in them if so.I'm an auto body painter and cheap lol.I would have definitely repaired and refinished the parts.

I have a 2012 Yamaha fz6r, after I removed the stator cover. Oil came out but, I have no idea where do I refill stator oil or no idea what oil does it use once I put it back together.

What crash? LOL Love that stator setup, keeps it cool, and only fits back one way. You should see what it takes to do get the Enfield stator in place!

Great vid as usual …. But removing the fairing would have been worth the effort for sure. I’m sure you feel the same way.. easy to be an arm chair critic though. 😂

Rather then taking the fairing off you would rather fight with it.
