Thank you for sharing Katie! I am a homeschool mom who has watched for a couple of years now and you always encourage me even though our teaching contexts are different. Loved hearing how the Lord has grown you . “Delight Yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. “ Psalm 37:4
Your testimony really parallels mine. I admire your courage to tell about your faith. I feel as if I am not alone. Love the fact that you are working for the glory of God first.
Hi Katie, thank you for sharing your faith journey so far. I too live my life through my faith and same as you when everyone said that you fit 'joy' they tell me that they can see the teachings of Jesus in all I do. I am very fortunate to work in a faith school, however, I would be exactly the same me if I didn't. We also have staff worship in our school where twice a week a department will deliver the worship which follows the christian calendar. We all get the opportunity at twice in a term to lead our colleagues in worship. I can't help but jump in and help out in any department that either have too much on or are a little nervious to stand up infront of the staff, honestly it is nerve wracking but totally worth it. This is my way of serving because as you said, teaching and guiding kiddos all week and then doing Sunday school can be too much. I did the Sunday school for thirteen years at my church, I also took out communion to the sick. I found I was far too busy being busy I lost what I go to church for if that makes sense. Blessings Susie 🙏🇬🇧💖🎄 Happy first Sunday of advent x
This was so beautiful to listen to, Katie! Thank you for sharing about your faith so openly. As a teacher and a Catholic Christian, I'm always inspired by your content. Praying for you & all those who watch this. ✨
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you - this is the Lord's declaration - plans for your well-being, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. This verse I the verse I have held close since my retirement. It's a beautiful and joyous scripture!! I love you, Katie, and you can definitely see Jesus through you.❤
2 Corinthians 5:7 has been my life verse for many years perhaps because, like you, I moved away from home and experienced the LORD providing everything I needed for my walk with Him! Thank you for sharing… you inspire me to share more! Praying the LORD will continue to use you and guide you in all you do!
Thank you for sharing something so personal. Your testimony is amazing. I love how you put it into perspective of how you can see God when teaching. I need to hear that.
Thank you for making this video, Katie. The world needs more youtubers like you. ❤ Psalm 91 has been something I have referred back to for most of my life.
Thank you Katie for sharing yoυr testimony and for answering our questions. When I first came upon yoυr channel I immediately could see Christ in you. That is the reason I stuck around with the bonus being yoυr teaching content. You truly are a blessing! My life's verse is from Proverbs 3:5-6. Thanks again for yoυr encouragement to "keep on keeping on for the Lord."
Love your video. Very inspirational. I recommend the Pilot Frixion Erasable highlighters they don't bleed to the next page. I used them in my bible and theology studies.
A couple of my favorite verses are Psalm 46:10…” Be still and know that I am God…” and Psalm 37:23 states, "The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.” These verses have given me comfort and encouragement throughout my life as I have made life decisions and dealt with the loss of my parents and other family members over the years. God is good and His mercies never fail.
Thank you for sharing with us. I try to implement prayer and meditation daily. I’ve gotten away from it during the holiday break. It is so important and I appreciate this reminder of how important it is.
I have always loved watching your videos. I have learned so much about teaching and using your ideas in my own classroom. I love this content just as much if not more. Thank you for being so willing to share your faith and your teaching content. I pray God continues to strengthen you and align you to His plans and pathways.
What a great video! Thank you for sharing it with us. I’ll look for a prayer or passage. I’m unpacking and washing clothes as I watch this. Traveled to spend Thanksgiving with family in Ohio. My sibs are all over the place. None of us lives in the same city, and just one other lives in my state.
Thank you for sharing your testimony and sharing ways you study. I struggle with my study because I have to be at work at 6:30 and my the time I get home, I'm tired. I also eat breakfast in the car on my way. I do listen to scripture so that does help some. I don't remember book and verse, but "Be still and know that I am God" really helped me when I had 3 brain surgeries. Even with all the medical advancements in medicine, the idea of 1 brain surgery was scary. I really depended on my faith in Christ and my belief of miracles and He is in charge of when my journey on Earth is comple. Many, many times during my health journey I felt as my God was cradling me and or holding my hand. Thank you again for all you have shared with your faith and your life in school. I also teach 3rd grade. Have a great last few days before Christmas.
I may not be a believer, but this was a wonderful video. I hate when people try to turn me into a believer, but this video was so religiously educational. I feel like studying it. And let me rephrase: I do believe, but I believe in all religions. I like to study all of them. I just haven't studied Christian or Catholic religion because of my childhood trauma, but this video has gotten me to really want to study this religion.
Loved this video! I have built quite the collection of Daily Grace Co Bible studies to help motivate me to be in the word daily! Colossians 3:12-15 is my set of verses that I want to keep my family grounded in 💗 12 Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. 14 And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. 15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
Matthew 6:33 has been an anchor verse that I've relied on to help me maintain focus in the midst of competing activities. When I focus on doing God's will and make that the priority in my life, I find I can better differentiate where I need to spend my time and energy on the other things in life.
Great Video - thanks for continually letting your light shine, so that Christ will be glorified! My verse - Ephesians 3:17 Christ will make his home in our hearts as we trust Him and that we are rooted and grounded in God’s Love that keeps us strong.
Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous? Do not be discouraged. Do not be afraid. For the Lord God will be with you wherever you go!" I also love."This I recall to my mind. Therefore, I have hope. For the Lord's mercies, we are not consumed because his compassion fails us not. They are new every morning. Great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, says my soul. Therfore I hope in him. " Lamentations 3:21-24
Loved this video! I have the same reference point about extending grace to my students because God extends His Grace to me every day and His mercies are everlasting 🥰 Psalm 91 1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a] 2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.”
My favorite scripture reading is from Ephesians 6;; 1-6. Children, obey your parents. Honor your mother and father so that your days on earth will be long. Fathers, do not provide anger in your children". This helps me in my feelings withy students. While I am authority figure and need to reach my students respect and that there are consequences for behavior, I need to discipline with love, patience, and grace.

Psalm 91 speaks to my heart. It is such a lovely chapter that illustrates God's love for us. It reminds me that He is always with me.
Thank you for sharing this! The way that the Lord works through our everyday life is awe-inspiring.
