- Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi became one of the latest top Democrats to support Vice President Kamala Harris in her presidential bid, a day after President Biden dropped his campaign and endorsed Harris. The vice president praised Mr. Biden's leadership and was greeted with cheers at what is now her campaign headquarters in Delaware.
Among the challenges facing Vice President Kamala Harris as she begins her presidential campaign: choosing a running mate and creating a narrative that frames the issues that helped define her rise in politics and her vice presidency, including abortion and immigration.
The Trump campaign has begun to change its focus after running for more than 600 days against President Biden. Former President Trump intensified his attacks on Harris over the weekend, and his running mate, Sen. JD Vance, did so today.
Voters in the battleground state of Pennsylvania are contemplating the departure of President Biden from the campaign and the emergence of Vice President Kamala Harris.

Just so you know:
There is neither a law nor a general rule that voters get to pick the CANDIDATES. The voters have their say at the BALLOT BOX, during the ELECTION. That there are such things as „primaries“ is an artifact of the party structure of many countries… not a requirement for any democracy.
If you don‘t want to vote for any of the presented candidates, you can vote for anybody else.
Also: „the government“ doesn‘t have „their candidate“. That‘s not how that works either.
Genuinly, FoxNews and the Republicans really depend on the ignorance of the American people to create anger about anything…

Age does not tell me for scientifically certain anything. Just like on medical calls, i can't judge what one person may be experiencing or may be wrong with them on a basis of age alone or they have X In common with another person i've come across therefore they must be experiencing Y therefore this is how i should treat them.
