It is called ''trance''. This has nothing to do with techno or house. It seems that todays uninformed people call the newest trance style as ''melodic techno'' or ''deep house''. These sounds in the 90's WE used to call them ''trance music'', while techno in the 90's was really hard, and house was totally different and more groovy.
For instance, just listen to ''Kenny "Dope' - The Bomb! or ''Nightcrawlers - Push the feeling on'' or ''Stardust - Music sounds better with you'' to see what real house music is,
and for techno listen to ''L.A Style - James Brown is dead'' or ''T99 - Anasthasia'' , or ''Human Resource - Dominator''.
