So far I'm only seeing high end properties. What about properties under $1,000. Anything less then $800 is usually poorly maintained at best, if not a crumbling slum. There are hard working people that can't afford thousands of dollars on rent. Don't they deserve good, safe, respectable housing?
Always though it was odd how my old complex in Midtown was one of the lowest since it wasn’t connected/owned or managed by those companies but one of their apartments around the corner was the same price or more for a one bedroom as it was for a 2 bedroom where I lived in Midtown. $2200-$3,500 for a 1 bedroom at these apartment complex in Midtown.
This is going on in every city in America.

DOJ needs to add RPM Living property management to that list in the lawsuit too!
INVESTIGATE THE STANDARD CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN
Everywhere especially Springwood Park Apartments
Nothing is going to happen to the company. A small slap on the wrist.

I guess this is ok? But what are they going to do to outlaw investment firms from buying up whole subdivisions of homes and leasing them out?
