I love this interview. Beside the interview with JL Colins, this is another favorite one. There is so many questions unanswered due to time. I wish you could bring him back for another interview. Thank you for everything you guys do.
Always good information, but guys please keep asking your speakers how are they handle “medical” ? I’m afraid to retire because I have not found clear ways to handle medical. (Family includes 2 kids, ages 12 & 11). Help anyone? Thanks
Around 12 minute mark he says the worst financial advice he has heard is to pay off mortgage before starting to invest. I have never, ever heard that advice. Who says that? The closest I've heard is Dave Ramsey, but even he says you only pay off consumer debt before investing, not mortgage. His advice is 15% into 404K while you have your mortgage, and I think he is about the strictest anti-debt guy there is giving advice.
I much preferred these live podcast to just the audio. Great job you guys!
Me too.

Rob Berger is pretty cool. Have you checked his content out? He may answer your questions on his site. Also, thanks for your suggestion. Take care.

I buy all my furniture from liquidators or else neighbor's curbside Free piles
I did not get anything out of this episode. Nothing new.
There's only so much to talk about with index investing. The rest is tweaking.
