با عرض سلام خدمت شما. اولا اینیکه شما درست کردی رست بیف نیست.خارجی ها میشین فیلم شما رو نگاه میکنن و همین یه فیلم بقیه فیلم هاتون رو میده به باد. بنده عضو اتحادیه کباب و حلیم و غذاهای سنتی تهران و حومه هستم و چند سالی رستوران داری کردم. الان در رستورانها میکن ساندویچ رست بیف و یا پیتزا رست بیف. و گوشت گوساله یا گاو را مثل شما داخل قابلمه با اب بصورت ارام میپزند میگن رست بیف.در صورتیکه این پولد بیف یا شردد بیف میباشد. عزیز جان رست بیف یعنی پخت گوشت گوساله در فر در دمایی مشخص نه داخل قابلمه.
